This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on oemautosource.com. Please review it before placing your order.
Our Business & Fulfillment
OEM Auto Source is an independent online retailer based in Staten Island, New York, specializing in OEM diesel filtration and maintenance parts from brands such as Mopar, Fleetguard, and Motorcraft.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse at 4022 Bell Dr, Temple, TX 76502, United States.
Our business mailing address is 382 Hanover Ave, Staten Island, NY 10304, United States.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. In some cases, an alternate carrier may be used to ensure timely delivery.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Processing time is the time it takes to verify, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. Processing time is not included in the delivery estimates below.
Shipping Options, Delivery Estimates & Cost
The following shipping options are available for U.S. orders. Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete and the carrier has picked up your package.
Economy Shipping — Estimated delivery: 8–11 business days after shipment — Cost: Free on orders of $25.00 USD and above — Orders below $25.00 are not eligible for this option
Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 6–7 business days after shipment — Cost: $5.00 USD — Available on all orders regardless of order total
Express Shipping — Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days after shipment — Cost: $10.00 USD — Available on all orders regardless of order total
All available shipping options and their costs for your specific order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time is the sum of processing time plus shipping time. For example, if your order takes 2 business days to process and you select Standard Shipping, your estimated total delivery time would be approximately 8–9 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours after the shipment notification for the carrier's tracking system to update with scan information.
Shipping Delays
If your order experiences a shipping delay, we will do our best to notify you and provide an updated delivery estimate when the information becomes available.
Orders Below $25.00 USD
If your order total is below $25.00 USD, free Economy Shipping is not available. You may select Standard Shipping ($5.00) or Express Shipping ($10.00) at checkout.
