Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing OEM Auto Source . We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely happy due to any damaged or missing parts, you may return the item for a refund or replacement. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition you received it and undamaged. All orders are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items received are damaged or missing.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from customers purchasing products from us and subsequently selling them on third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). Any actions taken by these platforms, including listing deactivation or account suspension, are beyond our control. Customers engaging in such activities do so at their own risk and should adhere to the policies and guidelines of those platforms.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact customer service to request a refund or replacement with proof of damage or missing parts (such as videos or pictures). Once your claim is verified, contact support to obtain a return address. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (Order Invoice). When a return is authorized, OEM Auto Source Filters will proceed with the refund or replacement.

In some cases, your return shipment may be free of charge. If you return an item for a reason not related to our error, the parcel will be sent back to your original address, and no refund will be initiated.

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable items
  • Intimates
  • Gift cards
  • Custom items
  • Digital products
