1. What does OEM Auto Source sell?
We specialize in OEM and OEM-equivalent automotive parts, with a focus on oil and fuel filtration for trucks and diesel applications. We carry products from three brands: MOPAR, FLEETGUARD, and MOTORCRAFT.
2. Are you an authorized dealer for these brands?
OEM Auto Source is an independent online retailer — not a franchised or authorized dealer. We source genuine OEM parts and sell them directly to consumers. All products are authentic, new, and unused.
3. Are your parts guaranteed to fit my vehicle?
Fitment depends on your vehicle details and the specific part number. We recommend checking the compatibility information listed on each product page. If you're unsure, contact us with your Year / Make / Model / Engine and the part you're considering — our team will help you confirm fitment before you order.
4. How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, open the product you want, select the quantity, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Shopify checkout. Available methods include major credit/debit cards and supported wallet options (such as Shop Pay and Google Pay), displayed at checkout.
6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout:
- Economy Shipping — 8–11 business days, free on orders $25 and above
- Standard Shipping — 6–7 business days, $5.00
- Express Shipping — 4–5 business days, $10.00

8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — Economy Shipping is free on orders of $25.00 or more. Orders below $25.00 can choose Standard ($5.00) or Express ($10.00) shipping at checkout.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update.
10. What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required — contact our team first and we'll provide return instructions. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.
11. Who pays for return shipping?
All approved returns ship free. Once your return is approved, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. If a prepaid label is unavailable for your location, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs with proof of postage.
12. Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees on any approved returns.
13. How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your return (2–5 business days), the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
14. Can I exchange an item?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we can offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund. Contact our team with your order details and we'll confirm the best option.
15. Can I cancel my order?
If you contact us quickly, we will do our best to cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, you can request a return under our return policy after the item is delivered.
16. Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes — many of our products offer tiered volume discounts. The available discount tiers are shown on each product page when you select a higher quantity.
17. Do you provide installation services?
We do not provide installation services. However, many of our product pages include installation guides and tips. If you need help confirming you have the correct part before ordering, our team can assist.
